Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel an appointment. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or fail to show up, you will be charged a fee of $50 (this fee is not reimbursable by private insurance). If you wish to reschedule, you are responsible for the costs associated with the missed or late-cancelled appointment.
